Competition entry for housing development at Northshore, Stockton-on-Tees.

 

Proposals develop a linear park at the heart of the site, which becomes the prime generator for a series of public spaces where people can meet and interact. Houses are combined in terraces, clusters & on top of each other to create a variety of well connected urban forms and spaces.
